The Brooks originate in East Donegal and came to Durrus possibly with weaving/linen either 1805 or in the early 1850s. There are descendants in New Zealand. Millers are from Coolculaghta and were probably originally small holders at weaving.
At the Durrus Tea Meeting the Cole referred to is from Coolculaghta . The family history compiled pre 1922 is here:

At the Bantry gathering the Barret are likely to be from Carriganass Castle relatives of the extended O’Sullivan families of Beara. the O’Connells are probably of Charles o’Connell Resident Magistrate of the extended Daniel O’Connell family. Payne is the Land Agent to Lord Bantry.

Rev. Robert Kerckoffer/Kirkchuffer, Ballyvourney Glebe, pre 1831, listed 1856. 1847 the Rev. R. B. Kirchhoffer, of Ballyvourney, received 10l. from J. H. Kirchhoffer, Esq., State of Texas, 5l. of which he has handed to the Rector, the Rev. J. T. Kyle.
