Thanks for this….makes me so sad though. It’s probable that my Dukelow/Ducklow ancestors were from this area, although they left about 1828-1830. Must have been very crowded then, and not sure how they got their passage to Quebec City, Canada.
Thats exactly the same situation that pertains in Palestine today. Man made Genocide whilst the Empire exported tha fat of the land the natives starved to death.
